Propel has been making high-quality products in the category of flight and RC controlled devices since it was founded in the United States in 2006. In 2017, Propel launched an exclusive range of licensed Star Wars battle drones along with the DC endorsed Batwing and Batwing HD.

 

Propel challenged Swerve to successfully introduce Star Wars™ Battle Drones in the US and Canada markets. Propel had previously launched the Star Wars™ Battle Drones, but when sales and coverage were not what they expected, Propel partnered with Swerve for a product re-launch.

 

Through ongoing strategic product seeding to targeted media and a media preview event in New York for traditional and online press, Swerve secured international coverage in both United States and Canada-  surpassing all campaign KPIs. 

 

Within the U.S. and Canada, Propel’s Star Wars™ Battle Drones earned 167+ stories totaling an impressive 580+ million impressions - including coverage in numerous top-tier outlets such as Apple Insider, Bloomberg, Digital Trends, Forbes, Associated Press (Print and TV), Buzzfeed, PCMag, Today’s Parent, Toronto Sun, Tribute, and TrendHunter
